• Lactic Acid: Adjusts the pH to match that of the skin and hair, ensuring a balanced and comfortable cleanse.
• Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Butter: Nourishes and conditions, leaving hair and skin soft and smooth.
• Sodium Alginate (Seaweed Extract): Extracted from seaweed, it helps to thicken and moisturize.

The amount you need will vary depending on your hair length; begin with a modest quantity and add more as necessary, using water to help distribute the shampoo evenly through your hair.

This technique involves using a smaller amount of shampoo (about the size of a nickel to a quarter) to remove product buildup (like dry shampoo and hairspray) before your main wash. 

Initially, you may not notice much lather; concentrate on scrubbing the roots to effectively lift away buildup. 

Rinse thoroughly, then proceed with a regular amount of shampoo for your full wash. 

This step should produce a rich lather, indicating a deep clean that leaves your hair looking vibrant and feeling fresh.
