Damaged Package Policy
We understand how disappointing it can be to receive a damaged package—this is never the experience we want for our customers. While we take great care in packaging our orders, damage can occasionally occur during transit.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team at customerservice@beautyfrombees.ca. Be sure to include clear photos of:

The damaged item(s)

The shipping box (inside and outside)

The shipping label
These photos are a crucial step in allowing us to move forward with your claim.
Once we’ve reviewed the documentation, we’ll determine the next steps and, if applicable, arrange for a replacement.
Return to Sender (RTS) Policy
If an order is returned to Beauty From Bees by the shipping carrier, it is considered a Return to Sender (RTS). This can occur for several reasons, including but not limited to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
What Happens If My Order Is Returned?
Once you notice your package is being returned, please reach out to us. Our team will monitor its return and once it's received back we will inspect and process the order for reshipment/refund.
Reshipments

Reshipment is available once a correct shipping address is confirmed.

A processing fee to cover RTS fees and the reshipment cost must be collected.

Beauty From Bees is not responsible for re shipping costs when an order is returned due to an address error or delivery issue outside of our control.
Refunds

Refunds are issued for the product cost only, once the returned package has been received and processed.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate and complete at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses are not eligible for free reshipment. There will be a $19.94 processing fee to get the order reshipped to the correct address.
Processing Time
Please allow 5–10 business days from the time the returned package is received for processing and resolution.
Carrier Responsibility
Once an order has shipped, Beauty From Bees is not responsible for carrier delays or delivery issues. However, we are always happy to assist in working with the carrier to help resolve delivery concerns.
