I Love this Magnesium spray. I have used for years. I put it on the bottom of my feet every night and it helps me sleep. It also helps with my leg cramps. Gave some to my daughter for my granddaughter for night time sleep. She loves it too. Thank you it’s an awesome product.
I didnt believe it until I tried it. Long time sufferer of charley horses ( cramps in my calves). Made worse on one side because I have a fused ankle and cant flex my calf on that side, so I had to usually wait in agony until it passed.
