For optimal protection under the sun, begin by applying our Sun Cream at least 15 minutes before stepping outdoors. 

Generously cover all exposed areas of your skin to ensure comprehensive coverage. 

If you're engaging in sports or any activity that induces sweating, make sure to reapply frequently to maintain protection. 

Following any water activities, reapply the cream immediately to safeguard your skin against the sun's rays. 

For continuous exposure, we recommend reapplying every hour, especially if you have fair skin, to prevent sunburn and skin damage. 

To stay protected, aim to reapply at least every two hours, adjusting the frequency as needed based on your skin's sensitivity and the intensity of the sun.
