I‘m a mom to three small kids, so finding time to get myself ready for the day (while also getting enough sleep and saving time for coffee...) isn’t always easy, and I’ll be the first to admit that my skin often gets overlooked. I need a routine that’s quick, easy, and isn’t going to shock my skin with an unplanned reaction from some funky ingredient.

This set of four simple, natural, and impressively effective products is all I need to get my skin feeling clean, awake, and ready for whatever the day might bring me, and it literally takes less time than it takes my machine to brew me a mug. And that’s kind of a big deal.
1. Wash. In the morning, I like to use just the Vitamin C Facial Cleanser. It’s a gentle wash that goes on quick, washes off just as quickly, and gets my skin cleaned up and feeling great! Like all this line of products, it doesn’t have any unnecessary fillers, colours, or scents that my skin tends to react to. It’s simple, natural, and gets the job done. At night, I like to add some of the Vitamin C Exfoliate Fizz to this same cleanser for a gentle, effective exfoliating scrub that gets rid of all my makeup, and whatever else my kids have added to my face throughout the day.
2. Tone. I never really understood the reasoning behind toner until I actually used it. And now, it’s a necessary 30 seconds in my skincare routine. The Vitamin C Facial Spritz is a super simple toner, made of just water and Vitamin C (check out my earlier blog about all the benefits of Vitamin C in your skincare!). It can be sprayed directly on your skin, or added to a cotton pad or ball and applied to your skin. It gives me a quick dose of moisture, refreshes my skin, and gets that facial pH right where it needs to be! Isn’t science beautiful?
3. Moisturize. Winter (and summer, let’s not lie) can be harsh on my skin. I’m often left feeling dry, and my skin tends to flare up when its moisture levels are off. A lot of moisturizers I’ve used either leave my skin feeling dry in a few hours, or clogged up and gross as the day goes on. The Facial Moisture Absolute is an oil-based moisturizer that works as a serum, eye cream, and moisturizer in one. (High five for fewer steps!) Just a few drops of this product go a long way, and it leaves my skin feeling soft, smooth, and absolutely amazing. It absorbs quickly, without leaving any greasy or shiny appearance to my face, and it keeps my skin feeling just as great all day long. Bonus? This nasty eyelid eczema I’ve been fighting with ALL WINTER is completely under control. Magic potion? Facial absolute? Call it what you will, I’m hooked.
